The university is recognized as one of the universities that provide the strongest teaching and research faculties in North America. It ranks first in Canada while being sixteenth worldwide. The University has more than seventy thousand student across three campuses: St. George, Mississauga and Scarborough. The University has existed for a long time and is among the few that have produced over four hundred and fifty million alumni all over the world (utoronto.ca, 2012). The university has a large number of international students as compared to the others. The University is committed to upholding recognition as an internationally significant research university with undergraduate, graduate and professional programs of excellent quality. They are known for influential in activities such as the literary criticism, curricula and communication theory. The influential and collectively recognized is the Toronto school. The University offers a wide range of courses from undergraduate, graduate to postdoctoral programs. Most of the programs are delivered at the St. George Campus. The programs offered in the university are grouped in eight different categories: Computer science, Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Kinesiology and Physical Education, Life Sciences, Music, Physical and Mathematical Sciences and Rotman
